^^ Chris B. is a gentleman. Even after purchasing through him last July he still goes out of his way for me when he sees me - I saw him yesterday at TG when they put my summer tires back on - he is top notch.

Did you get the G37x or the G37s?

The G37x Sport Sedan (I short handed to G37xs as that's what the badge has on the rear, actually G37xS to be more accurate I guess). End of work tomorrow can't come fast enough!

Are you sure it has an X and an S? As fas as I know there's no G37XS, the AWD (X) model does not come in sport (S) and viceversa, you might check with the dealer to clarify that.
Unless I'm mistaken and they change the packages.

He is getting the sedan which is available in both Sport and All wheel drive. The coupe is only available in either.

Speaking of TG, went to their Lexus division and one of their salesman mentionned that if you do not buy the car from them, they will not give you a loaner during servicing. He said that the directive came from the owner so I assume it applies to both Lexus and Infiniti division. Is this true?

^^ Yes that is true. TG Infiniti will only provide me a loaner since I purchased through them. But of course they don't give a coupe loaner - only the sedan... I live about 35 kms from TG (other side of the city) and still drive the dist. to get quality service every few months...

I didn't realize the sedan came in x and s... the badging must run into the tail light..

+1 you won't get a loaner from TG Infiniti if you didn't buy from them, you can get a loaner from 417 though even if you didn't buy it there.

As I reported earlier, today was my day. Felt like Christmas. I posted the pics in the newbie corner:

You can see the G37xS badge clearly if you doubted.

Congrats 006.9

JRP and Loki123, thanks for the info. I do not understand TG's logic though as everyone knows you make money servicing cars, not selling them.

Nice car! I thought you were getting a coupe and didn't know you can get the sedan XS, enjoy it!

@ Tech... I suppose if there were more Infiniti dealers in Ottawa - they might be inclined to offer a loaner to non-purchasing customers... but seeing as though they have an oligopoly in Ottawa (more specifically a monopoly of the west end) they can do whatever they want I suppose.
I guess it's an extra selling feature for TG when trying to close the deal - the offer of a loaner since you bought here... I'm just guessing...
