What particular areas should I pay attention to on these cars before I sign the papers? I know the car has a small claim on the back left for $800 - $1000.

Looking at the bumper and the metal near that area the colours look slightly off, not sure if this lighting, or related to the difference in materials/aging. The paint itself looked the same (the flake in the paint). It just looked ever so slightly different. I looked at other white-ish cars on the lot and they also had differences in bumpers and metal, even ones without accidents.

Also, a few spots looked like there was yellowish "rust" on the surface of the paint. A lot of it rubbed off sort of, I was told that the car would be detailed, buffed, waxed and that was normal. Is this normal?

What are trouble spots? Where should I look for rust, scrapes, hidden damage?

How do I tell if it has 4 Wheel Active Steering?!

The car is at a large non-infiniti dealership, should I take it to Infiniti to inspect? (I don't have a mechanic, I know a little more than the average person about cars, but I am not familiar with this car at all!).
