lease offer...need input

Hi guys.

was looking at a lease deal a year ago, but decided to wait.

just got this lease offer a few minutes ago for a 2010 red vert...

Msrp $50,345

final selling price $42,988 with VPP A code

mf .00094

residual 71% ($35, 744)

$5,724 down includes $4,950 in multiple security deposits returned at end of lease

$5,724 includes $774 down = fees + 1st mth payment

24 mth $429 includes tax

10K miles

OR…

39 mth $432

mf .00083

residual 60% ($30,207)

is this the deal of a lifetime?

yes those security deposits lower the overall cost of the car over the course of the lease, and they ARE refundable. I get the whole amount back when I turn in the car.
