The good deal/bad deal game

Dealer says...
Hey guys, I'm new here and wanted to say your forum is fantastic. (I've been lurking around since January.)
I have some questions about what you guys think is a good deal on a G37 with the following options is:
- G37 Journey
Sport Pkg.
Premium Pkg.
Navigation Pkg.
The Infiniti.com car builder prices it at $43,215. And my local dealer has it priced at $42,250
What do you think I could get the car for? I'm guessing in the $39,500 range? I'm located in Central Florida, near Cocoa Beach. Thanks for the info and again, great forum.
