Want to see if a new part is any good? Here's an idea.

Reading a recent thread about diffusers similar to the CS one, I had an idea that I thought some on here might be interested in.

Everyone who's interested in that part, splits the bill evenly. Whoever initially started the thread, gets to take delivery and see what the part is like. Then, there's a raffle (controlled by a mod to prevent bias) between the purchasers, and whoever wins, gets the part.

Just an idea I spitballed, it might make it easier to see how parts are so we can let the rest of the community know for sure. That way, this hobby of ours becomes less of a guessing game.

Does my idea suck? Lets hear feedback guys.

An interesting idea. I like it.

Some feedback:

What if the part's lousy and no one wants it.

What if, say, there's interest in a Brembo BBK. Who pays to install and remove it so the BBK can be presented to the raffle winner?

Shipping?

Not deal killers. Just details.
