Unsure what you did with power and ground cables but both main power wires can be finessed into a hidden location. As for grounds, I recycled the main one in the timing cover and bolted it to the lower bolts in the lower timing cover and used another on the A/C bolts.

Lastly if you're up for it and the VTC wiring gets to you, you can de-pin the connectors and snake the wiring behind the timing cover and have them come out the hole of the upper radiator neck/tube.

Can't wait to see this bay. I got rid of the chime horn and got the relays by the driver side out of that box and taped it to the harness out of the way.
Hey,
Thanks for the advice. I love how your tuck job looks and really glad you came to add this information. I will for sure look into most of what you mentioned. I most likely will not do any de-pinning though.

I'm still chasing down my Bank 1 issue. Swapped ignition coils, new spark plugs, replaced header gasket, rtv'd every flange, replace the PCV valve, and still nothing.
I just bought a smoke testing and hoping to use it today when I get home. Going to smoke test the whole intake system and whole exhaust.
I already paid Eugene for my tune but we cna't move forward until i fix this issue.

UPDATE!

I finally found the issue that was causing my problems.

I had the plugs for the ignition coils for cylinder 3 and 5 mixed up.

I couldn’t find a wiring diagram for VHR harness so I use a DE as reference.
Sure enough, it matched.

When I was plugging everything up, I thought the lengths were obvious enough to determine which cylinder they went to.

Some new items on the car.

Did a straight traded of my Enkei RPF1 for a set of Work ZR10 in 19x10.5 +22 with 275/35.

mounted it up but need to adjust my height to even it out. Also need to add some camber.

it’s not a great picture but what I have currently.

also bought front and rear 370z Nismo chassis dampers. Only installed the fronts so far.

The fronts fits perfectly. The rears require the bracket off the 370z Nismo. Someone provided me the drawing for one they made. but it seems mine needs some tweaking

I swapped out the Work ZR10 for a set of Nismo LMGT4 since I didn't want to mess with alignment for the time being.

Here's the post from the 18" thread: https://www.myg37.com/forums/18/2765...ml#post4324373

Went ahead and posted more pictures of the 19" Work ZR10 here: https://www.myg37.com/forums/19/2765...ml#post4324374

I'd like to know more about the bracket needed to mount these dampers.

a member on here sent me the drawing and I had someone CNC it. But the dimensions didn't come out exact for mounting.

needed some working taillights so I decided to install my spare set of clear Depo lights.

my wife hates the look but it’s grown on me over the years.

hoping to send these out to get halos and clear reflectors.

here’s the stock, JDM, and Depo as a comparison.

replaced one of my faulty 70mm throttle bodies and the car is drivable now, though not 100% good yet. Took the car down to get emissions and the got my tags renewed.

I wish EPS would release the information of which model car the TB came off of or the oem part number. I had to buy the replacement directly through them.

Now that the car is road legal, I can record for logs to send to Eugene and get tuning on the way.

Didn't people think the TB came off a Maxima? If I'm remembering correctly.

Does the gap fitment of your rear defuser bug you? What if you ran some vinyl there to soften the transition?

Interesting to see all 3 tails in the same frame. I like the JDM set.

the diffuser actually isn’t mounted on there correctly. I decided I’m going to sell it so I didn’t put double sided tape to keep it flush on the bumper.

I didn’t have space in the garage and decided to put it on the car. It’s only Held on by 1 bolt under the plate.
