Staggered to Squared

So as of now I'm running F:245/40/19 and R:275/35/19 dropped on tanabe's with IPL rims. I'm using 20mm front spacers and 15mm rear spacers.

So this is my 3rd pair of Michelin Pilot Super Sports that I'm going through, it's getting real expensive at this point. My alignment has been out of wack recently cause my front tires are showing the metal threads towards the inside edges of the tires. I've only had the tires on for about 9 months. So my question is would me putting a squared setup of 245/40/19 all around with 25mm spacers as well, clear? or would dropping it to 20mm be better? Thanks guys.

I'm on Eibach pro kit with the same tire sizes and spacers as you're running.
Stock 19" sport rims. No issues with chewing up tires.
Maybe something else is out of whack???

Sounds like your Tanabe drop has put your alignment out enough to cause that poor tire wear. I'd get adjustable camber arms and get a new alignment.
