Help Rear spc camber question.
FWIW:
I have Hotchkis F&R sways (middle setting), SPC F&R camber kits and I'm lowered on Eibachs. Luckily I don't have any interference or noises.
As a matter of fact, I read this thread this morning and it kinda got me worrying, so I went out and checked and all is well. Good clearance.
I'm planning on installing rear Whiteline links this weekend as part of my Christmas gift to my G.
Which was another thing that had me concerned. But I shouldn't have been since I definitely would have known if there was any contact. Whew!!

And now I read this and get me worried as well. I have Eibachs to be installed after Xmas on my coupe with SPC camber adjusters. Have not opened the box yet, so I have no idea if they are straight or curved. I'll look this afternoon when I am back home from drinking and eating with co-workers... I mean work.

My SPC camber arm IS hitting my rear Hotchkis sway dammit.
Sorry, I was mistaken in my previous posts. I thought there was clearance, but alas no. I heard a clunking so I took it up to a local shop and they were kind enough to put it on a lift today to check if there was contact during suspension travel, and yes there was.
So it's time for a fix of that issue...then finally, short of coilovers, I'm close to set on the suspension. (Famous last words, right ?)

It might be just a combination of things on my G:
- It's an X sedan.
- I've got Eibach springs that weren't intended for this application.
- Thick Hotchkis sways.
- Whiteline end-links (not really a factor, but just in case).
- 19" coupe wheels (same as above LOL).
But I am willing to take one for the team.
. I should have new aftermarket rear camber arms installed next week. These have the bend in them to clear the sway during suspension travel.
I'll update this thread with the results.

SPL is going to make loads of money selling rear camber arms by SPC being such muppets. I've been really happy with mine, and they have loads of clearance.

Luke from THMotorsports was kind enough to get me fixed up.

I got the eccentric lock-out kits to match as well.

Don't you need adjustable toe arms to use the lockout kit? And I think the only way to be able to run those is if you have true coilovers in the back, as the toe arms replace the spring perch.
I may be thinking of something else, though...?

You can run those lockouts w/ the regular toe bolts but you only have four toe settings that way.
I'm just gonna reuse the SPC toe bolts I already have. Don't think SPL makes 'em. But I'll check.

Maybe. The stock arms have a kink right at that point, and are a lot thinner than the SPC straight reinforced one. It all depends on how low, I guess.
If you're already lowered, look under your car when it is sitting on the ground, and see how much clearance you have. You should be able to get the widths of both stock and SPC arms to see if you have enough space.
If you're not lowered yet, it will be harder to gauge this without trying.
