G37x vs G37xs Shocks

What are the main differences between these shocks? Are the XS shocks tuned like the S version?

I'm 99% certain the suspension is the same in the x and the xs.

Only difference is cosmetic . For my 09 xS, I get the front sport bumper, pedal shifter, and the "S" lettering.

Do you think the rear control arms are different from an S model? Because if you put S springs on an X the rear sits lower than the front.
