Grinding Noise Near Caliper

I have been having this grinding noise near my caliper for a little bit now. It seems to happen when the wheels are spinning and I also hear it if I hit bumps in the road. At first I thought my brakes were rubbing against my caliper and my caliper was warped. This is not the case as I have purchased new calipers and brake pads and it continues to do it. I checked to make sure my dust cover wasn't bent and it is out of the way. The only other thing I can think of (well that google can think of) is my Axle Bearings. Is this a possibility? I have no idea how these act when they go bad. Thanks in advance for any help guys

I would say bearing is a good assumption.

When they go, you'll get a nasty vibration in your steering wheel at speeds above 55mph.

Grinding might be an indication that its going.

No prob.

Only reason I actually know, is the same thing happened on my 08 maxipadma a while back.

Shouldn't be too hard to replace if you DIY it.

Good luck

Even found a DIY on the forum here:

Love when people take the time to make it easier for the rest of us. (It should honestly be stickied)
