Brake / tract control lights after heavy acceleration

Hi All

Great to have this forum to keep a step ahead of the service folk.

Car Info:
G37x 2013 Stock 45k miles
Purchased Used at 33k ($22k)
Repairs to date:
gaskets: front transfer case and valve covers (that seems awful early; the 2003 G35 went 170k before VC gaskets leaked)
Drivers side cat

Current Problem:

On hard acceleration ( particularly going up a steep grade) the brake light will come on followed by the traction control light followed by the brake light going off.

Master cylinder fluid level good.
vacuum leak?

Thoughts appreciated

Kurt
