yeah that would be some really good PR good on em if they are

I'm curious to know who the seller is if they're on this site and if they actually were trying to pull a fast one...

Maybe someone sent back some OEM springs instead of Swifts and somehow they got misplaced in their warehouse and sent back out??? Strange things can happen w/ boxes getting mislabeled or too many hands in the cookie jar at shipping/receiving. Seems quite strange but huge kudos for Swift backing the transaction here, hopefully this will have a happy resolution, and if so, please post up so we can be joyous

Yeah, so Leonard called me back after I sent him the pic and he said "I talked to the guy as he called in as well and I have zero reason to believe he's lying." He said "they do look like OEM which is so weird. I'll tell you what we're gonna do, we're just going to send brand new springs out to you." To which I replied "Wait, what?" And he goes "Yeah if you already paid him or want to pay him, just finish the transaction because when I talked to him he seems like a real honest guy and I told him that I'm going to send him a return label and once we receive those springs, I'll just go ahead and mail you out a new set" I got a tracking number shortly after so they didn't even wait to receive the springs back from the guy before sending me a new set. Talk about customer service. Seriously super awesome company and Leonard is the man!

Swift Springs have always been red, and very proud about stating that they are Swift, as far back as I can remember.
