Something loose?

Ive had the problem like a lot of people have had with brakes squealing in reverse or when braking slowly. got them resurfaced by the dealership and still same problem. I've just grown to deal with it.
a couple days ago though, I started getting a very weird sound when reversing or just driving slow (under like 30mph and not necessarily braking).. It sounds like something is very loose. My guess was that a lug nut was rattling, but it seems to be coming from both the left and right rear wheels. checked all my lug nuts and they were on tight. also checked for rocks and there were none in the tire thread. I thought I would ask you guys if you had any idea because my dealership pretty much has no clue. They say every one of my complaints is "normal" and they only do work when I explain to them I already know there is a TSB for an issue.
This is really frustrating! My luxury coupe sounds like a beaten down ricer! Please guide me, Brakes, Suspension, and Wheels & Tires gurus
I recently painted my wheels (plastidip + high temp paint) and painted my calipers with high temp spray paint but I don't think that should have any reason for this sound right? Idk, Im ready to just buy a whole new brake kit rofl..

Did your dealership change the brake pads when they resurfaced rotors? in case no start from here . Nothing to do with painting the wheels and calipers.
