Cleaning Lug Nut seats

I need a way of cleaning the paint from the lug seats of my 19" vert wheels. I took a wire wheel to the hub of the wheel but my lugs are still coming loose after torqueing them to 90 pounds. Any ideas? The wheels where refinished and I noticed the seats still have paint on them.

A dremel tool w/ the small wire brush should get it done.
