FYI Jake, With the Eibach you should go 285 or possible 295 on the back. The rears have about .25 inch wheel gap and the larger tire will fill up the wheel well perfectly. This is on a 10.5 inch rim.

No, I don't think you would have any rubbing. Try a search mix of eibach and 275 or tire sizes to see if there are any threads about that setup, but a lot of people run 245/275 on the 19s. The eibach drop is mild.
