I have a 2015 q60s (g37 body) I don’t see an orange wire I have images attached down below of my headlight connector. Just so there is no confusion I tapped into the headlight connector not the car harness.

Here is the breakdown for your left connector:

Unless there is another connector, I just do not see how you can get a constant 12V+ source from that connector as everything is switched. The only exception is the DRL system (which your car likely does have) which turns all the lights on when the car is running.

Personally, I'd just tap your illuminated emblem into the parking lamp (pin 8) and forget about it. There's no need for it be on during the day anyway but, your car your decision.
