I ended up using a small flat tip screw driver and pushed down on the clip to release it.

This should be included in your module order. I got them with my order. If it still hyperblinks with the resistor then maybe resistor is bad?

Use a little bit of force, little man.

I used a small flat head screw driver to help me unhook it.
Connect the resistor? Is the resistor apart of the wiring? And where do you connect it?

So I re-watched the video and all he did was tuck the resistor in the metal frame. I'll try it again tomorrow. I did noticed that emergency was not hyperblinking.

WAHOO... I'm part of the hyperblinking crowd too.

And yes the modules came with inline resistors which I tucked back into the metal behind the carpet as shown in the video. My emergencies work as they should. It's just the turns that are farked! I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer but it sounds like a bad batch from DD.

The vid only shows hazards blinking which are OK. Now I wish the actual turns were shown judging by all you guys problems. I have mine sitting in package waiting to be installed. I might plug them in tomorrow and make sure mine aren't hyper blinking too!!

After watching the video again, it makes me wonder why he only showed the 4 way flashers blinking and not the turn signals after he installed it.

I pulled mine out, reconnected the originals and will call DD first thing Monday morning. Will post what they have to say about the fix or replacement.

Just Contacted DD Via PM and E-mail for now, there is no way they would sell a product with Hyperlinking issues, im pretty sure it is a bad batch. hopefully they will fix it. but it would of been nice if they did show Turn signaling in the video...

And you installed it like the video correct? You just tucked the resistor behind the metal frame right? If so, I think this batch was bad. But I guess I'll find out on Monday when call DD.
