License Plate Light Fuse

Recently realized that BOTH my LED license plate bulbs weren't working, therefore I decided to fix it...however, once I took the bulbs out, the bulbs were fine. Hooked up a volt meter to the leads and no power. I looked at all 3 fuse boxes however I don't see a license plate light fuse. There's a fuse for the "tail - 10amp", but the fuse was fine as well. My brake lights still work as well as everything else. Car just got out of warranty.

Dealership recently replaced my battery (TSB: 10-010)

Any help would be appreciated.
