I am moving to NC from Chicago.. I dont need the licence plate on front bumper anymore.

My car's color is graphites shadow and I need those two plastic(?) bolts that can be filled out the holes on the front bumper.

If anyone have extra bolts to sell.. or make them for me.. I would like to buy them..
