Shifter **** scratch removal?

Hey guys, do you guys recommend any products/procedures in removing scratches from the aluminium part of the shifter ****? I think somebody had a ring on the hand while shifting or something.

Thanks!

i had the same problem, but ended up painting mine.

you can also find used/new shifters on ebay for around $100-140 if you wanted to go that route or do the M shifter upgrade (which i think you need to slightly dremel the connecter point on the M shifter).

all i did was take the shifter off and mask it real well with masking tape, then sand/paint/clear coat it.

Wow! That red bit on your shifter looks so out of place on such a classy car.... Looks like a panty stain. Sorry, but someone had to tell you.
