Joebeast is right. The pigtail only provides a few inches of wire. You have to extend the wires. I just added male/female connectors and about 20" of 14ga wire. I unplugged my foglight wires from my headlight. I cut the factory foglight wire and added male/female wire connectors to them and just attached the new fogs.
May sound like a lot but it was very easy. I removed the headlight and it took about 30 mins for the whole wiring process.
You can ground the fogs to any ground that you like, but I used the stock foglight ground.

So just to clarify one more time before I order, the fender liners and the under-tray are still able to work perfectly with the 2011 bumper? Also, who has thrown aftermarket HIDS on these yet? I want to order a set that would fit without any custom work, anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!!
