I know Jay, it kinda does change the whole look of the car. I know you can see that now with yours.

My question is, would there be any issue with just ordering the bumper cover now and not the misc. parts? The price is absolutely too hard to pass up, but I wouldn't want to install this until I make it through the upcoming IL winter out in the boons. So I figure order now to lock in the deal on the bumper at least.
I dont see a problem doing that at all....why would there be? What are your concerns...??

I guess I don't have any specific concerns, just wanted to make sure I wouldn't run the risk of other parts becoming hard to find or prices jumping. So I guess my question should have been, is there anything else I should look at ordering now to avoid a huge price jump in the future? Seems like there wouldn't be...

Nukee, you will need fogs & new washer tank. Unless you can find the Aero feud vents since those do not have the holes for fogs. Besides that should be a straight forward swap.

It's cheaper to buy the IPL bumper.
Here's a quote:

"This is the parts list for the 2011 G37 base model coupe (2008-2010 sport model bumper):
62256-1NX0A
62256-1NX0B
62256-1NX0C
62257-1NX0A
62257-1NX0B
62257-1NX0C
These are the inner bezel brackets, outer grille bezels, and the chrome trim ring to finish off hole for the fog lamp.

Thanks,
Brad Burnett

Thanks i guess thats why no one is putting the chrome trim on the 08 sport bumper, too good of a price to give up.

Update: Spoke to Infiniti Parts USA today. They also said they wanted ~$200 for shipping. And they are IN Arizona.

That being the case, I will be going with Brad, seems like more of a legit dealer to me.

For those on the western part of the map. Spoke to Brad today (great guy by the way) and he verified shipping would be about $150 as long as it is going to a business. He worked a deal with the shipping company to work it that way.

Good news for me as I am having my body shop receive the bumper to begin transformation.

Next up will be sides.

Not sure if it's the same freight company I got mine for (Wilson I think?) But they suck, missed their delivery date 3 times, and I kept calling to confirm and the said it would be in first thing, and called again at closing time and the driver was always conviniently stuck 20 minutes away.
