Door Scratch / Ding

So I came back to work from an off-site training, and my co-worker came up and asked me what happened to my passenger side door. I paused for a second and ran down into the parking lot, and sure enough, there was a scratch on the door. It seemed like the SUV i parked next to dinged my car really hard. It has a little dent, and a scratch that doesn't seem like it would polish out. Does anyone know if I can fix this w/o having to repaint the whole panel? How much would it run? Would it be less than $500 (my deductible)? If anyone in SoCal knows of a shop that can do a good job of fixing this, please let me know also. Thanks in advance and sorry for the crappy iphone pix.

This is why I'm afraid to park anywhere in public.

I take my GF's civic to downtown areas where I know we'll be parking close.
