LED Question

LED Question

i changed my interior lights to white leds, but for some reason they don't turn all the way off, they are still slightly lit, is it normal? here's a pic of what i'm talking about

I don't think that's normal... Have a buddy with led's in the same spot and i'm pretty sure his turn all the way off... He might chime in... But ya, not normal IMO...

yeah same issue but it eventually goes away like 5-10 minute after it cools down or whatever.

I have the same issue too... not sure if it goes away after a while though since I never bothered to stay in the car to see after i turn it off.

maybe a low voltage is going through all the time that doesnt show up on the regular bulbs?

well i doubt it, cause one time i went back in my car like probably a hour later and it wasnt on anymore and plus the car shuts off the light liek 30 minute from the car not being on or etc too

i have the same thing, so does choy.

I noticed the 6led bulbs i put in the doors do the same thing.

There is prob a very low voltage always running through it that a halogen bulb wouldnt show, but leds use very little power so the littlest bit lights it up slightly.

Its no big deal, i or anyone else i know has never had a prob of it draining the battery or anything.
