Do your homework. Find the proper Infiniti execs to address your issue with. Write them a formal letter. I have had my driver's seat replaced twice, but the second time was much more difficult.

OK guys.. so I have exactly same problems what you guys have (same mark on my sit at exactly same spot). Went to the dealer today in the morning, they told me that it's a "normal wear/usage" problem and warranty won't cover it. I told them that it's a known issue so they told me that they know about it and infiniti may replace it once for "loyal customers" who bought their cars at infiniti dealer and since I bought it somewhere else it probably won't be covered but they will make pictures and send it to infiniti because it's not dealers decision. (I drive infiniti cars for over 5 years.. it's my 3rd one) They just called me right now and told me that infiniti decided that sit can't be fixed under warranty.. so.. what are my options right now? Car have 52,000 miles so my warranty will expire in few months and I really would like to have it fixed because it's not comfortable to sit on it.. is there some phone number that I should call or write a formal letter to someone (name? address?)
Thank you guys

is it only sport seats that are getting fixed or are non-sport ones getting fixed too? i have a non-sport and the driver seat seems like its bubbled. not sure if it was mentioned in the 25 pages of this thread :/

Beaverton Infiniti in Oregon replaced mine, go there, they will say no at first, then call consumer affairs. I wrote a thread about it

I have seen this on a few used ones I have been looking at. Maybe it's just me but the bubbling doesn't really bother me.

Just brought mine to Infiniti of Fort Myers. They said after 12/12, Infiniti considers it "wear and tear." However, the service manager said he would replace the bottom cover 1 time. They consider it a "judgement call" now.
