for those who have made warranty claims against this leather seat issue, did you have any push back from your dealership that this was normal wear?

i haven't brought my car in yet but wanted to know if i could expect any headaches getting this fixed under warranty.

I'I'veve gone to Glendale and they pretty much said it's part of the wear and tear!
Anyone else tried Metro Infiniti or Cerritos Infiniti?

F*** Glendale Infiniti, they are one of the worst dealerships to deal with

So what dealer would anyone recommend to get this resolved? Can I just pop into metro or Cerritos, or south bay and c if they will resolve it, even if I've never dealt with them before???

I've gotten mine repaired by Cerritos twice. Ask for April.

Coincidentally I had a battery issue today. I took it into Glendale, because its the closest. Lucky for me, the Service Mgr was there, and the service guy brought the leather issue to his attention

I showed the Service Mgr, Lakers8 comment, through my iphone that read: "F*** Glendale Infiniti, they are one of the worst dealerships to deal with" he some people might say that but if everyone felt that way they wouldn't be able to keep their doors open....I bs'd him and told him that I STILL BELIEVE IN GLENDALE, and thats y i was there....ha ha it worked because he approved it.......yeah

I left it overnight. It should be done by tmrw. So glad I was there at the right time.

Who did you talk to? If your service advisor was Randy, get ready to be there for an hour, he likes to talk a lot and its all a bunch of BS. I had taken my car in cuz I had left the gas cap loose, and the check engine light turned on. He tried to say that I made performance mods to my car and took them off before coming in...

I didn't speak to Randy. I spoke to Miguel. Nice guy. Took care of it all. It was just the luck of having the Service Supvsr there at the time. I kinda spoke to him a little, and jus through out having paid 40k for this car, and couldn't believe this was happening.

The service guy said they had to eat up about $800 of costs to take care of both of my seats.....sweet....

They should because it cant be considered wear and tear because that should not happen, but they might try to blame it on you or something so that they wont fix it
