I'd say it's a problem with the leather stretching and the glue that holds the foam to the leather not holding up and allowing the leather to pull away from the foam. Which would cause "lose" spots in the seat since it's not attached to the foam to give it support/shape. My Acrua RSX-S had something like this too, but not that bad. Mine hasn't done this so far. I'll have small imprints when I get out of the car but they're gone when I come back. If it does happen, not really a big deal to me. Can't see it when I'm sitting in the seat anyways. As long as there are no holes or tears in the leather, I'm good.

Mine is starting to form at 1500 miles Im very suprised there is no tsb for this when so many owners are having this issue. Will take to dealer if it gets more severe.

Very frustrating to see that infiniti have not fixed this yet!! ... This is not the way a leather seat should wear itself! hide must have come from old cows.

No permanent fix, just replacing cushion and trim. I'm on my second set, might be the first to go in for this problem 3 times if it happens again.

I dropped my car off at the dealership today,
and they are going to repad the side bolsters, since they are dented on the drivers side and passanger side
also the bottom of the seat of the drivers side
with has a slight bubble
picking it up tommorow
