Circuit breaker or inline fuse

I'm adding a secondary fuse box (see pictures above) with two pole input (one side will be switched, one constant) and I read on other forums (overlanding, off roading) that people use circuit breakers. The fuse box I'm getting is rated for 300A and finding a 300A circuit breaker that isn't an Amazon cheap one that people have had fry stuff in their car.

I've contemplated an inline fuse instead, but all the ones I've found are the bolt on fuses which would need a mounting box.

I'd probably end up using 50-100A total, but do want the ability for more.

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?
