Music from iPhone, 2008

I tried searching on how to play music through my iPhone, didn't happen to find my situation, but I'm not the best researcher.
And I'm more used to older cars where this is not available. I have an '08 with navigation. There are 3 RCA jacks in the console, red, yellow, and white.
There is a port above them, kind of big, I believe it's an Infiniti specific connection. Is there something I can do to play my phone through the stereo?
Thanks for any feedback.

I didn’t install the system since I bought my car like this but this is how it goes. I have the red and white connectors plugged in which comes into one single connector that plugs into a standard audio jack, I don’t know what the connector/splitter is called but you could probably do a quick google search. Anyways, if you want to charge and play music, you can get one of those dongles for iPhones that only have lightning ports and not audio ports which are the 7’s and up, they have an audio port and charge port that combine into one single lighting port that go into your phone. Kind of a weird explanation but that’s it, it works. I sometimes get static if I move the cable around a lot but it works

Yeah, my phone is a 5, has a headphone/audio out jack and a separate charging jack. I actually have one of those adapter cords, the cord that plugs into the Infiniti 30 pin jack came with the car. But the adapter cord only goes into my charging jack. I'll pick up one of the cords with a headphone plug going to the 2 RCA plugs and try that. Thanks greatly for your help.

And I did search as noted in my original post. I believe the older model of car and iPhone made it a little more difficult.
I will pick up the headphone plug to RCA plugs this weekend and post results.

I picked up the 3.5mm headphone plug to (2) RCA plugs cord at Target. It works fine. Obviously I have to control everything from the iPhone, which is fine.
I tried an iPhone 10 and an iPod with the Infiniti cord with the 30 pin plug. The car wouldn't recognize either one.
I assume just older technology, the car is a 2008.
Thanks so much for your help hiddensalami

I would look into Bovee or CoolStream Duo, it's a much better integration. You will need to get the Infiniti to iPhone cable (the 30 pin) which can also be had for cheap if going with after market. All can probably be found on amazon, if not then definitely on eBay.
