2012 Power Windows and Locks

My power windows and locks have failed. One shop told me they can't do the work because of an existing Infiniti recall. The recall does not include my VIN #, though. Anyone have experience with this issue?

What shop is this? A dealer? Or indie?

Have you checked your fuses?
