Base audio amp install

2010 Sedan Base audio with camera.

I am looking to install an amp with only RCA jacks for inputs. Apparently I need some sport of converter from speaker level to RCA.
Q: Is there a good and reliable one on the cheap that any of you have used?

I am not electrically inclined at all and I have RTFM but I can not determine which harness and wire to use wire taps to get the signal from the front speakers.
Q: Which harness and wires would I tap into for the front speakers to convert into RCAs?

TIA

Hoping the best for you guys, I had a Q40 sedan loaner a month or so back with base audio... I know the Bose is not anywhere near what people expect from a premium sound package, but it makes the base audio package sound like AM radio in comparison. I went back in the dealer after getting my loaner and asked if there was an issue with the audio and why it sounded so flat, muted, and like what I'd expect a Chevy Aveo rental car to have. I realized my oversight when I peeked back in the car along with the service adviser and noticed the lack of Bose. On a better note, I thoroughly enjoyed the awd Q40 X model attributes, but was so happy to get back in the comforts of my own car.

Yikes base audio people...that's some crap you're enduring when listening to anything in car.

I think I have figured out the audio signal question.
In the attached pic I will use terminals 2-5 or 11-14 for the signal.

Q: Which terminal should I use for the power on signal for the amp? Someone please help?!?

Is base powered by the head unit, or seperate amp? Use front right and left (+ & -).

Use ACC for remote turn on, assuming it kicks out enough juice. Check to see its putting out 12V when car key is in ACC position. Some factory ACC wires only put out 12V when the radio is on for a power antenna.
