Hi, I own a '13 G37xS. Bluetooth audio is great, as it is when I use the USB port in the center console.

However taking phone calls are a nightmare - no one can hear me through the speakers even if I am stopped. I see this as a safety problem.

So...one of my friends has the same problem with a Toyota '13 truck, but my wife has "crystal clear" bluetooth phone through a stock '13 Tahoe.

Who else has this problem? Any solution?

Also - bluetooth connectivity is very dicey, more of an art.

Go to the dealer and see if there's an update for the Bluetooth. I told them I was having a connectivity problem, and sometimes the other person couldn't hear me and they did the latest update to fix everything.
