Window / Power locks not working

What happened with mine was caused by water coming from the sunroof and reaching inside the car because of a clogged drain. The water fried the BCM (Body Control Module)
Going to the dealer for this is a rip off (I paid close to $4,000) but I had no choice because nobody told me what the problem is. I hope this helps.
