Glad you got taken care of. Maybe after a few people like us deal with it, they'll get a sorted out process so others don't have the same PITA to deal with.

You will have to spend the $'s to get the key code. Don't tell them you have the discs and see if you can still get the 2014. I think they will want to sell you the 2015 which will probably include what was in the 2014.

This is slightly off topic but when buying a CPO Infiniti should it have come with the latest map updates?

I just bought a 2013 last month and it does not even have 2014 maps included as the area I currently live in is missing and this area was built 4-5 years ago.

You know, that would make sense wouldn't it? I got a CPO just a few months ago, and I even asked about map updates. What he did was reduce the price of the vehicle to compensate, vs installing any updates.

If I had to guess they have to deal with havteq in much the same way we do and its a PITA.

FYI, I ordered the 2015 update for my '10 sedan last week and installed today. The code worked just fine. Looks like they fixed the problem.
