Accessory outlets

Hey guys,

Both of my accessory outlets do not provide power. All fuses are fine. WTF?
Any help is appreciated.

The ignition has to be on or in the accessory mode.

They don't work anytime with the car running. I guess it's a loose wire somewhere but I've never touched anything under the console. Arghhh. I'll see what I can find on the esm.
