Best way to play Spotify on 08 g37?

I like this Belkin but wish it came with a Micro USB cord vs wall charger. where can I get a car charger for the 5volt at?
Something like this would be nice but I cant tell if it is included that way.

if you got the extra cash i would buy both the belkin and the britelink and use the britelink usb power cable on the belkin like i did.

I installed the Blekin and got it powered via USB. is there a setting in the android Galaxy s4 to keep it Connected to the belkin and output music to AUX without having to go into Bluetooth Settings and then CONNECT to the Belkin every time the car starts?

Well it doesnt work at all in the 2008 G37S, it works great on my home docks, but I was hoping for it to work with our current iPod Plug, no messing with RCA Plugs and Aux and powering something separate.
I hoped it would play and let me use my phone as it was physically plugged in and let me change songs via Steering wheel. Well that wasnt a big deal because really bluetooth streaming is what I wanted.
But it doesnt do that either, Our cars 30 Pin is only for a direct hookup to integrate the iPod/iPhones iPod APP
Anyways I see a million different Bluetooth A2DP Adapters, but many complain about them disconnecting and having to re-sync and connect to it every time your car goes on or off.
Others complain about static.
What in your opinion and experience works best quality wise with the RCA Inputs and Powering it up, I would appreciate any responses, I am just overwhelmed with so many out there, I cant make up my mind
