To those who have this issue I have found the FIX!!!!!

Dealer wanted to charge me $300 to diagnose issue..I said hell no...

With the radio off...hold down "SETTINGS" button turn the volume know until you get the diagnosis screen. ...scroll down to "HDD" and select Reset....done all options come back after it resets took 5mins....

There were no major enhancements in 2013 to the G, but I found information and noted that 2013 G models built to be marketed in US after June 2012 do not have the Music Box option. It was discontinued mid-year 2012.

Hmmm... mine has a manufacture date of Aug/2012 and does have Musicbox.

i have a 09 G37 sedan, and this issue just happened to me. Did anybody have this issue solved?
