I have a 2010 G37 Journey + Prem + Navi. I had the dealer perform the TSB upgrade today to fix the call waiting.

With my iPhone 3GS (latest iOS), I dont see call waiting working . Not before the update , not after!! No change. What is the indication that this TSB was successfully performed ?

Also, I was reading that voice dialing works by hitting the Phone button and saying "Phonebook ". This does not work either.

I have no way of getting voice tags to work. How are others with 2010 G's using voice dials ?

There is no way the system is recognizing Call <tag> or Dial <tag>. What am I missing ?

This is driving me crazy...........

 

Got mine done yesterday, check your commands in help, I now have "Call" and it works, yay! I haven't tried call waiting yet but I'll post when I've tried it.

 

Are you using the regular mode or alternate command mode?

 

Call waiting works too. I have alternate command mode turned on.
Phone book is from older cars my 2007 had it and it was great! With alternate command mode on you can say Handset Phone book, Name, 1, dial. I actually gave up on the voice as it's much quicker to just add to the vehicle phone book and dial from the navigation screen.

Got the TSB installed and call waiting works great!
However, I cant for the life of me get voicetags to work. I see a new help option Call <name> but it just wont pickup!!
