The only time POI comes in handy is when I'm looking for a golf course. Everything else is cumbersome and much easier to do on my phone.

Dude, the next generation nav system should have an interface to a smart phone and use its Google maps (although this will never happen since stealerships wouldn't make money on map updates). Or better yet, have a Yelp widget!

 

what i noticed when i updated was when receiving directions, it'll actually pull up a step-by-step option while driving. before, it'll only notify you when you're about to turn, this time you get a heads up of when you actually have to turn and such. don't know why this wasn't on there before...
