Update of Navigation, can I get NavWeather?

Update of Navigation, can I get NavWeather?
I have an 2009xS Sedan for reference as you are reading below.
So in doing some searching around on the navteq and XM web site I found a statement on XM that said the NavTraffic uses the Navteq database to display traffic. If you find your system not showing all of the roads available you need to buy a map update.
Well that got me thinking about the NavWeather. If I get an update to my navigation maps (2010 version) will I be able to get the NavWeather?
If anyone has any info on this please let me know.
