dynamat advice

Is it pretty straight to install in the trunk lid? I just got it yesterday and planning to install it tomorrow or sometime this weekend. It seems pretty easy but i've never done it so i dont know. Is there a DIY or do you guys have any pointers? Thanks!

Tap every inch of your trunk and listen for the hollow points. Mark them and cover the hollow area with dynamat. Heat the adhesive part before you place dynamat and use a roller or anything you can use to press the dynamat after you lay it out.

Hope that helps
