Check your phone settings, this has nothing to do with the car. Are you using a WM phone? Many phones have an option to auto answer so check your phone's settings.

yes my phone has it, but its off. I have done nothing to my phone from last night to now. It worked last night fine. This morning and all day it has not worked. It just picks up and puts on hold.

Well I can see it possibly answering the phone for you (for whatever reason) but puting it on hold.. Weird.. Why don't you turn your phone off and restart and try it again. If it continues to do so, unsync the phone from the car and resync BT.

I think the plant they built these cars on was built on top of an indian grave yard. Next time you try to dial say "The power of Christ compels you, be gone unclean spirit." Repeat 3 times. Worked for my homelink glitch. I think Infiniti has finally figured out how to put some soul into their cars.. problem is it has a mind of it's own.

Yes, I can't remember it without the Owner's Manual. But there is an option to automatically put a call on HOLD. I think if you get to where you the bluetooth stuff is, the option is around there.

Didn't know that suppose that was the problem. Weird how it just automatically started doing it.. Thought maybe he accidently did something with his phone since he said he hadn't touched the car settings.

UNV-IT46: did you fix the problem?

I'm having the same problem too. Everything worked fine. Now the speaker system does not work with incoming calls. If I make the call the speaker system works. The radio does cut out when a call comes in, but I have to use my phone.

thats not the issue i am having. My speakers work fine. It just picks up the call right away and puts the call on hold. I have not been able to fix it yet....

go into the phone settings--you will see there is an option for going straight to hold. Turn it off
