Diagnosing why my g screeches on sharp turns, even slow ones?

Hey there. I used to run oem tire fitment Bridgestone S-04 poles but swapped tires and wheels for nismos which came with nexen n5000 plus tires which are 245/40/19 all around. I noticed that I get a screeching sound on any sharp turns I make and even when I do a slow u turn in a parking lot. It's not a big deal just slightly annoying.

Is this just the fact they aren't grippy summer tires or perhaps something else I should diagnose? The car itself is a 2013 and still young at 37k miles. I'm about to go ahead and get a new set of summer tires (front 245/40/19 rear 275/35/19) off of tire rack since I'm assuming it's the wheels and sell/store these nexen tires.

Thanks for any input!

Squeely tires on turns usually indicates poor alignment.

nexen n5000 plus are grand touring all season - https://www.nexentireusa.com/tires/n5000_plus
these aren't great performance tires, so i'm not surprised they squeal for you.

Just because they are grand touring and not performance tires makes no difference in tire squeal. I've run grand touring tires a number of times over the years and never had squeal

Tires can indeed be the source of your squealing, all-season or not. My Michelin PSS3 squeal... at the track.

That said, check that alignment first. Excessive toe in either direction can cause the inside tire to fight the turn imposed by the outside tire.

Thanks all. I'll go ahead and get an alignment tomorrow after work and see where it stands. Hopefully that's the issue. It's mainly for left turns even when not sharp. Any basic wide turn. A loud, quick squeal would go off. I've been reading threads and see many variables that it can. My assumption is it's just alignment related since it happened right when I switched tires + wheels.
