Tires size advice

I'm currently running a set of Michelin Primacy MXM4 245/40-19 all the way around and they are OK but worn.. I found a set of Yokohama Advan Sport tires online that are basically brand new for cheap but they are 235/40-19. I know there isn't a whole lot of difference but will they work without l causing any issues?

While 235 is the width, it does affect the overall diameter (ie height). A 245/40/19 is 26.7" tall. A 235/40/19 is 26.4" tall.
