20" Avantgarde M368 Staggard Concave Wheels (Matte Dolphin Gray) Sport Compact Auto & Import Performance Superstore
says theyre for a genesis, found them in the size i wanted but not sure about the bore size and also the offsets. will they poke? i want them pretty flush or "oem" looking if that makes sense.

Flush & OEM looking are quite different. OEM setups are well inside the fenders. Problem w/ FLUSH is what may be flush to one guy is poked to another or sunken in to another. Those wheel specs will definitely be flush w/ a bit of poke, so they will tuck under compression but you may need to run a slight tire stretch or a bit extra camber. Also w/ that 1mm overbore you'd need these
That link you posted said they were originally designed for the G35, if they still have some w/ the 66.1mm bore at the same price that would be better.
ALWAYS CONFIRM BBK clearance if you have or plan to get the Big Akebono sport brakes.

Build your own bandwagon.
http://www.willtheyfit.com enter your OEM setup into the fitment calculator. Then add the dimensions for your alternative wheel/tire setup and see the difference in fitment.
