Ouch! Very light curb rash. Plastidip?

I was trying to back into a very tight spot with a curb on one side at work today. I was going like 0.5mph and scraped the curb with my rear wheel. The rash is pretty light, so I was thinking mask and plastidip. It's not one of those curb rashes from bad driver mistakes, so I don't think any sanding needs to be done. Plastidip seems kinda hack though, but my wheels are flat black so it may not be too noticeable. It's about a 5-7 inch rash. What would be the proper way to tackle this?

Plasti-Dip will do the trick, but on such a small, un-even section it will flake off with time. It might sound weird, but give it a light sanding, and try using something along the lines of nail polish. Or just commit with an actual outdoor, high heat bbq paint and apply it using a sponge brush.
