Initially they offered 40 percent then I called back talked to someone else and told them it was not my fault you sold a tire not meant for my climate. The css agreed and bumped to 80. Ask nicely and nice things happen.

 

What climate is that exactly? Too cold most of the year? Like less than 45*..

You went from 6/32 to 3/32 from your previous oil change with only 6,800 miles on the tire? How long ago was your last oil change?

 

Too hot so then tires started to leak air from sidewalls
