question about tires cupping

My dealership told me that my front tires are cupping thus needs attention. They told me the cupping was due to tires itself v. struts. Is this valid?

Mine are cupping too, but I'm lowered. I guess it can be from improper toe adjustment due to the lower ride height. I would get your alignment checked to see if you are within stock specs. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Are the tires the Original Bridgestones? If they are, for some reason they seem to have that problem. Mine were cupping at around 20k miles.

Cupping (or scalloping) down the middle can indicate a few things, while cupping along the inside or outside edge can mean something different. Stock wheels? What PSI in the tires? How many miles on the tires and the suspension? Whats been replaced? When were the tires last balanced, rotated?

If they're the original Bridgestones they should be bald at 20k
