Fitment question - re drilled wheel?
What's up guys. I'm looking into grabbing a set of 20" Miro 111 wheels for my X sedan at a pretty good price but I have a couple concerns..
First, the guy selling these said that these were given to the previous owner as blanks (no bolt pattern) and drilled to 5x114.3. After a little research, these wheels are most common for euro applications and come from the factory with a 5x120 so these wheels with a 5x114.3 would have to have been redrilled. If these were in fact redrilled, does this pose any issues I should be worried about?
Second, these are 20x9.5 +18 all around and I'm not sure about fitment. Per my calculations, i think these will fit nice and flush in the rear but I'm think these may be too aggressive in the front. I'm not opposed to running staggered tire sizes in order to make the fronts fit but I know I need to stay within 3% rolling diameter for the awd. FWIW I will be dropped on Swift springs for now.. Any thoughts?
But man these look nice...

Great looking wheels, unfortunately those offsets are way aggressive for a sedan w/ a traditional drop and stance. If you were slammed, running heavy camber, rolled front fenders, stretched tire sizing it's possible but a lot of work.

Glad you got them on, that was a nice deal if I remember correctly. Look forward to some dropped pics, BTW what tire sizes are you running?

I can't believe no one on here has pointed out the OEM wheel pattern for the G37 is 5 X 114.3. There should be no need for redrilling (which is not recommended in any case) and the OP should be able to at least see if they bolt up properly.

Sorry about the confusion.. Basically I was just trying to say that if the guy was mistaken and these were not drilled from blanks, then it is most likely that these were redrilled to a 5x114.3. Just wasnt sure about the integrity of a wheel after it had been redrilled.
And don't forget the center bore diameter either- if it's smaller than the G's 66.1 mm center bore, you'll never get the wheels to seat properly. And if the bore is larger, it won't spread the axial loads properly and you'll overload the wheel studs without a bore spacer.
