Um, nope. They only weigh two pounds more each front to rear than the OEM 18" staggered sport rims. Specifically, 26 and 27 pounds. If you factor in the 3 to 4 pounds actually lost on all four corners because of lightweight Michelin PSS, I'm actually coming out 1 pound lighter than OEM.

Of course, that bit of rationalization only works if you factor in the tires. And admittedly, it is a rationalization. I get that.

I just recently bought some Vossen CV3s, I went with the 19x8.5 and 19x10. I believe the offset was +32 on the fronts, and +37 on the back, with that setup Diego recommended going with 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 for tire sizes

There it is. Thanks, DC. Let's see if Newt concurs, and I'll bump all that up against N4S's recommendations.

You went staggered on an AWD car?

So what tire sizes are we talking about on the new 19's? Anyone?

OEM

Front - 18" x 7.5", 225/50-18
Rears - 18" x 8.5", 245/45-18

VOSSENS

Front - 19" x 8.5", ???/??-19
Rears - 19" x 10.0", ???/??-19
I thought I already listed them for you in a PM, but maybe you were too bummed about not clearing the BBK that you missed it.
Best fit for diameter would be 245/40/19F 285/35/19R, since you aren't dropped might want 275/35/19 in back depending on offset. For offset I'd go +40 F +45 R

Thanks, Brad. Lots of emails and PM's lately. As well as lots of stuff going on between the funeral preparations and work. You're right, you did already address this. Note that these are the sizes that Drive Clean here just mentioned, so thanks for the confirmation.

As PSS, right now those 4 tires are at TireRack.com for $1198 plus shipping. However, if Need for Speed can package it all up nice and tidy... have to see what they will do as I get this together in the next few weeks.

Offsets... OMG, I am such an ignorant noob about offsets.

Lol is almost a shame that you found a pair. I was definitely getting some great ideas for wheels from this thread. Glad they fit and it's always great to hear about companies that go above and beyond for their customers

Yes, yes. It's a party. LOL

Figure to buy them mid-month (February). Although they won't go on the car until sometime in March, because Winter. Figure they'll sit in a beautiful big pile in the corner of the Family Room. The wife will love that.

In other news, Tony from Fast Intentions wrote me yesterday to say the RHFC that I ordered will be built this week, and ship before week's end. Those will be sitting in the corner of my office until March as well.

Winter really sucks.

I can't speak for him, but I suspect that was part of Newt's planning.
